This ongoing training program ensures that as long as your BCs remain with your company, they will continue to receive training at no additional cost. The initial classes cover essential topics such as FedEx operations, leadership development, driver assessments, conflict management, routing efficiency, safety protocols, and more. As the course progresses, individualized one-on-one training sessions will be provided based on each BC’s role and knowledge level. This comprehensive program keeps your management team up to date with the latest technologies, policies, and best practices within the FedEx network. There is no limit on the number of employees included, but they must be listed at the start to qualify for ongoing training. DRO Training is included in this course, ensuring your team is fully prepared to optimize routes and improve operational performance.
